Mother of two

The Ideal Candidate… but a Mother of Two Young Children?

Vesna applied for several jobs through recruitment processes we managed for our clients. From retail positions to administrative roles.
And yet, she stayed unemployed.

Rejected for the Wrong Reasons

EMPLOYERS did not see her as the right fit for any of the positions. Some because of her university degree, others because she lacked experience…

…while her assessment results showed she was an EXCELLENT match for office-based roles.

During her final interview with one employer, I said in front of Vesna:
If you don’t hire her, we will!

And that is exactly what happened. I did not hesitate for a second!

From Unemployed to Outstanding Employee

We hired Vesna on September 1st, 2022, for an administrative and customer support role, with opportunities for future growth.
She impressed us from day one.

What the Test Results Predicted

She learned most of her tasks incredibly quickly ➡️ exactly as predicted by her HIGH intelligence test results.

She performs every task carefully and thoroughly ➡️ which was reflected in her HIGH conscientiousness and diligence scores.

She is exceptionally organized ➡️ something predicted by her LOW tolerance for disorder and HIGH perfectionism scores.

Returning to Work After Motherhood

When speaking about her motivation and her role as a mother, Vesna said:

I was so excited to return to work again.

And she added:

I hadn’t worked for a long time, and finally I feel alive again.

Why Young Mothers Deserve More Opportunities

Like all mothers, she absolutely adores her children. But she also wanted to return to her professional role, especially after two maternity leaves during which she was focused on being a mother and homemaker.

She was given an opportunity, and today she is EXCELLENT at her job and genuinely happy. And a happy mother can only become an even better mother.

As Vesna says:
Happy mom 👉 happy children!
